We loved staying at this hotel! the location is great, with interesting bird species to be seen in the surrounding gardens. the restaurant has a variety of tasty food options, including the goat stew and cordon bleu. the staff are extremely friendly and attentive, making our stay feel like we were at home. the rooms are well-maintained, with cleaning done by attentive staff. the breakfast includes fresh and well-prepared food, and the guest computer in the conference room is a helpful facility.
Something to note is that some services come with an expectation of a tip, which can feel awkward if not wanted.

The room had gorgeous views and was reasonably large and modest. The location was particularly good, close to Inema Art Center and near the city center. It was also convenient for accessing banks and nearby restaurants like Mille Collines in the neighborhood.

The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering us a map and some tips on what to see and do. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi that was available throughout the hotel.
On the negative side, the rooms were not very clean, with dust and stains visible on the bed sheets and towels. The noise from the street made it hard to sleep, especially when we were trying to take a nap during the day.

We had a wonderful city trip to Rwanda. the hotel was perfectly situated for our needs, with easy access to the main sights. the staff was incredibly friendly and couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. the breakfast was delicious and just what we needed to start our day of exploring. We also appreciated having a driver available to us, which made getting around the city that much easier.
The hotel was a bit further out of the city center than we would have preferred, which made walking into town a bit challenging. there were still plenty of great things to see and do in the surrounding area, so it wasn't a huge issue for us.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the location in a safe residential area was perfect for me, with the surrounding primary schools adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met. Thirdly, the rooms with a balcony overlooking the valley provided a stunning view and a great place to relax. Lastly, the breakfast, which was included in the price, was delicious and enjoyed with a beautiful view.
One minor issue was the expectation of tips for services I didn't request, like washing the car or boots.
